Windows 10: Background apps won't shown up help ?

I installed a new windows 10 and hovered through Background Apps within Privacy section in settings to turn some apps off , however , I can't see any apps but two Skype and Mail - Calendar and I dont understand this odd issue because I can see lots of apps opened in the background causing my laptop to function slowly and here's an image of what I am trying to demonstrate . I used to have multiple windows 10 versions and I could see all the apps but in this one when I installed this new windows .

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.

Apps won´t work in background after WP 7.8 8862 update

I´ve updated my Nokia Lumia 900 to the latest software (WP 7.8 8862) and there are still problems with the live tiles. Specially 3rd party apps. For exemble the weather, temperatur and 3rd party calender apps won´t update at all. I think it could be something
with the background function, I´ve have also reinstalled the 7.8 software and it still the same. Is there more people with this problem? I really hope there will be a fix for this because it is really annoying.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
