Windows 10: Background / startup programs stop working after my pc goes to sleep

I just reset my pc and I’ve always used a programs called micmute and hidden taskbar. They run on startup and in the background. However I noticed when my pc goes to sleep after being idle, both stop working and I have to go to the task manager to close them and then start them up again. Can someone tell me why or how to fix without having to turn of “sleep mode”

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
