Windows 10: backgroundTaskHost.exe - System Error

I am getting this error message after i open my computer. ı am getting this pop-up window also when i open win+s search window.

After I took this error, i have made a clean install. I have set up my settings. I uninstalled store programs (exclude store,camera,soundrecorder) After i have made windows update, i get this error message again

I use Windows 10 Home Single Language 20H2 (19042.630)
I have used Windows usb created by media creation tool

what is the problem? And how i can fix it?
Is it about windows version and my hardwares or uninstalled components and settings?
Is there anyone has the same problem and fixed it already?

backgroundTaskHost and backgroundTransferHost continuously start and die

BackgroundTaskHost is an integral part of the Operating System. Please use the task manager to check any if any third party applications might also be running. These two application are use by Windows Update which installs updates.

I would like to inform that Regsvr32.exe Application Error
Codes are caused by misconfigured system files in your windows operating system or by the following reasons:

• missing or damaged or modified .dll files.
• Invalid Entry or Command path.
• Active X control errors.
• Registry issues.
• Viral or Malware Attack.

I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Debugging malware error 895-system 32.exe on a h/p

Can anyone help with "debug malware error 895-system 32.exe on a h/p". I have Winodws 10 so it seems the steps are different than other versions.
