    Backup 0x807800c5 error for Win 10 1903


    I had problems with the Backup not running, so I loaded 1903. It then started to work, the issue was a Shadow Copy.


    I did one backup, but now I cannot complete the backup. It copies all the app files, but then when it tries to create a system image copy it fails with "cannot mount the backup disk drive" and gives me 0x807800C5 error. But the backup disk is fine, all the apps were copied. This is not a USB, NAS but a plain 2G drive to accept Win 7 style of backup. Plenty of room on both c and e drives.


    I have tried to set recover points on and off for both c and this drive. But I still fail at the same system image point.


    I do have Acronis for backup but like the Win 7, it restores nicely.


    Any clues?
