Windows 10: Bad lag spikes when gaming, but is fixed instantly when either plugging my charger in or out.

I have a Huawei Matebook D15 2020 running Windows 11 21H2 with AMD Graphics. Every time I play a game, every 2-5 minutes the lag starts lagging terribly, from around 60fps to 10fps. The thing is, whenever I plug in the computer in or out, the lag stops instantly. For example, it happens when I'm charging, so I have to unplug, and if it happens when I'm unplugged, I have to plug the charger back in to get decent fps. I set the maximum processor state to 99% as found in an article, but the problem is still persisting. The difference is that it doesn't matter if I'm charging or not charging, it a

Laptop lags when i plugged in or unplug charger while playing

Hi,

I'm looking for the fix, well, when i'm turning on my laptop, while it's charging, and i'm playing the game, and when i just unplug charger, it's have terrible lag, and this repeat also when i'm turning on my laptop on battery, playing games well, and when
i plugged in charger it's lagging again. and when i restart the system, it's works fine again. i can't found any fix of this. i know this is caused from battery management, but i tried a lot of steps for this. but i can't stop this problem.. if anyone knows
the fix. please comment the steps.

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Lag spikes while playing online games

Over the last year or so I have been getting periodic spikes of lag where I am unable to move or control my character in game. I have run multiple ping tests and hardware usage tests and there is no correlation between a high ping and these spikes, or
high hardware usage and these spikes. I receive in game feed back that I have a momentary loss of connection. During these lag spikes I also remain at stable temperatures and other features, such as discord and Spotify, remain connected. If anyone could figure
out my issue or has any tips on how to potentially fix this issue, all help would be appreciated.
