  1. Bad_system_config_info characters when the PC starts?

I have a question about a blue screen my classmate gives a computer a blue screen at startup with the error code: Bad_system_config_info
Now I was wondering what you can do about it he told me that he had tried all sorts of things on Google and YouTube, so I don't know what he did or did not give.
I do know that he only had a Full C: drive and I said that he had to do something about it and after that windows has been updated again Can this be possible for causes ????? if so what can you do about it ???
I will visit him tomorrow with a USB stick and larger SSD and an HDD
his system is windows 10 Pro / home ?? suspect home 64bit.
Does anyone know a possible / good / working solution ??
And are there potential dangers to doing this ??
    Bad_system_config_info
Sorry for possible spelling errors I have dyslexia>

    :)

  4. Bad_system_config_info characters when the PC starts?

"Chinese Characters" program delaying shutdown - a different approach.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    • As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?
I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.

After you try the above steps and share us the results what happens we can proceed with the further suggestions.

Please post us back with the results after troubleshooting the above steps and check.

Keep us posted to help you better.
