Windows 10: Bank protection

My banking protection banner fails to show when using shopping sites but works on bank websites. F-secure say flags are probably missing.

Where do I find them, does anyone know?

Two suggestions Is it possible that all Customers can receive ATP ? The more Security Windows 10 has the better. Also is it possible for Microsoft to introduce some sort of Safe Screen Barrier when carrying out Online Banking? It would be a small step
for Microsoft but a Giant leap for Windows 10. It would give peace of mind to Microsoft Members and counter all the Paranoia fed to us by those pushing 3rd Party at us, and mocking Windows Defender . Windows 10 is a brilliant innovation well done Microsoft
but please make us stronger and more secure

1. Step 1: Right-click the lower-left corner and open System in the Quick Access Menu.
2. Step 2: Choose System protection on the left.
3. Step 3: Select a hard disk and tap Configure to move on.
4. Step 4: Choose Turn on system protection and hit OK.
5. Step 3: Select Disable system protection and hit OK.

 

I'm trying to log into my online banking and I get a message saying connection reset.
