    Base System Device Drivers Missing

After doing a clean install of 1903 on an aging Inspiron 1720 laptop (which went very well, BTW), I seem to have only one small problem. Although he computer seems to running well, there are 3 yellow exclamation marks below Base System Devices in Device Manager. The hardware IDs are:

    PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_01F21028&REV_12

    PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0852&SUBSYS_01F21028&REV_12

    PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_01F21028&REV_12

I purchased the Dell laptop running Vista and subsequently purchased Windows 7, which was running until I decided to take advantage of the Windows 10 offer to upgrade. I believe the hardware ID refers to the Ricoh card reader, which I have downloaded from the Dell support site. The driver would obviously be for the Vista version and wonder if I am right and if it is safe to install it.

I would also like to know if the generic PnP driver installed by Microsoft for my external monitor is better than reinstalling the original monitor driver from the CD which came with it.

    :)

  3. Base System Drivers Missing

I know this isn't a new topic, but I know which drivers are missing/corrupt. I've attached two photos, one shows the IRQ 10's are missing base system drivers and in "Problem Devices" under "Storage", two Base System Devices are identified.

And that's all that I know. If anyone could help me identify the actual issue, I can try to replace the drivers. I need someone to walk me through the process as these missing drivers are wreaking havoc on my system. Base System Device Drivers Missing :(

Thanks for any help Base System Device Drivers Missing :)
