Windows 10: basic copy/paste operation

This applies to any Windows 10 computer.

I am reluctantly upgrading my online stuff, and most day to day computing, to a Windows 10 computer. One of the better things I discovered on Windows 7 was, for a copy file operation
“there is already a file with the same name in this location”
there were three options

option 3: “copy but keep both files”

serially numbers each new addition, allowing easy backup of frequently changed files onto a USB drive with zero hassle of jumping through the hoops and long waits of using a special program. I use do frequently.

In older systems there was at least the possibility of changing the file name myself within the copy operation but the current system is dumbed down. In Windows 10 there seems to be only the possibilities of replace and skip.

Is there some easy way to save multiple copies?
