  1. Batteries Undetected

    Hello everyone,

I'm using Vaio VPCSB36FG with Windows 10 Pro 20H2 version

the newest version because I always update it regularly.

But, right now my laptop can't read the battery inside. I have search on google how to fix it,

for arround 5 ways and no one is succesfully worked !

Actually some of them is worked but not for long time.

I have tried to repair the OS, it works, but for only 45 min, the system read the battery.

I test the laptop with the battery only no AC adapter , watching movie for at least 45min, but suddenly the power key is blinking red, then my laptop is shutting down immediately. I plug the AC adaptor and restarting the laptop.

I thought the battery is drained out but no, the battery is still stand in 79% of its total capacity.

10 minutes later the laptop start to undetect the battery again!

Then I start to repeating the last way the method works with repairing the system, scan the system with CMD, and troubleshoot menus.

after all the laptop is restarting and the system can read the battery again for along 5 minutes before it going to "lost contact" with the battery. again.

and what worst? the system read the battery after 2 minutes, and lost contact again next 2 minutes.

    repeated again and again.

I scan the OS again with cmd for last time,

the OS can read the battery, I just letting it sleep for a whole night with no AC adapter, just external fan only attached.

but tommorow morning the laptop lost contact again with the battery.

the same method is no longer worked right now.

I'm really sure this is the OS, because is worked well after scanning the OS, but why its just for a while?

are there any bug inside the OS? or maybe the older version is better with not so many problem.

I'd never got this issue before using this OS version win10.

Please help if you guys ever have the same condition, share me the solution, thankyou very much !

P.S sorry for the bad language, I still working in it

    :)
