    that is works for me as well.
    but after I turned off the laptop it's same thing again

    I'm kind of remember how all this problem started.
    I was trying to download free Microsoft office for my laptops and my laptop antivirus defected a viruse after the download.
    the threat wasn't really night and it's been removed.
    but ever since, battery icon and volume sometimes disappeared and battery is disappearing when I turned off laptop and when turning on its not there anymore!
    any advice please?

    From what i learned, there are quite a few things to do to troubleshoot the problem. I just googled search "notification battery icon keeps disappearing" a number of ideas popped up. Since i'm a newbie to windows that's about all i can say in order to help you. Hope you find your answer.

    Battery and Location Icon in Notification Area missing - Win 10 Pro.

    All that you need to do to make the battery indicator show up is you go down to the task bar and right click the bottom. You click on task manager and go to where Windows explorer is and end the task by right clicking it. Once it is ended go up to file in the top right corner and click start task and put explorer.exe and hit enter. This should make your battery indicator show up. *Biggrin

    This was such an easy fix this worked 100% for me *Smile on Wednesday 20th April 2016

    The version of windows this worked on is as follows...
    Windows 10 Professional 64bit
    Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.218) (got this info by hitting win key + R then typing winver and hitting enter)

    All I did was start Task Manager, find Windows Explorer in the "Process" tab (first one). Then I right-clicked on it and selected "Restart". That did it.

    This works!
    Also, if you accidentally end Windows Explorer, not restart it, getting it back is easy. Go to "New Task" and type in Explorer.exe and it should come back.

    Quick Fix: Right click on the taskbar and go to the task manager. Locate "Windows Explorer" and click on RESTART button at the bottom. DONE! Hope this helps.*Smile
