    Battery Usage on a Desktop PC? Turn off notification


    I sometimes have a random notification about battery usage by apps, and it asks me if I want to adjust any battery settings.
    The problem is this is a desktop PC.
    There is no battery (just a power supply)
    So not sure why it keeps asking me this.
    Is there a way to disable this bogus notification?
    It also says battery is fully charged...huh ?

    Of course I can turn off notifications but that's just a bandage to cover up another bug in Windows 10...

    What's even stranger today it's all been turned off and a health report isn't' available with no settings changed by me...
