Windows 10: Be aware: May 10, 2022—KB5013943 May break Corsair ICUE service and other services for apps...

I updated my PC to May 10, 2022—KB5013943 and the update went smoothly but after the restart, I found the Corsair ICUE app was not working wellI checked it and the Corsair service is not working at all I tried to restart the service and start it manually didn't work and got this error:and here is the troubleshooting I did:- sfc /scannow- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth- Creating ServicesPipeTimeout in regedit- Tried to install the Corsair ICUE againFinally, I managed to make it work again by uninstalling KB5013943 from my PC and the app and other services worked again.

Bad Customer Service from Corsair [SOLVED]

Glad it worked out for ya freedom. Like I said the corsair forums are a great place to get help. I love corsair service. My 650D had a growling front fan. I came home one day and wouldnt you know a brand new case was sitting on my door step. I didnt expect it but sure welcomed it.

 

Corsair iCUE Lighting Software Crashed My System.

I have now received the keyboard and thought I'd give ICue another go. Unfortunately, the problem resurfaced again, twice, even though I had not purposely gone into it but it was running in the background from boot up.

In addition I received this responce from Corsair customer service, thoughts:
'Based on what you are describing and the system specs you have provided you encountered the Ryzen version of a BSOD. Unfortunately I cannot offer support for this as this is not a Corsair product issue.'

I guess Corsair sometimes works in mysterious way...
