Windows 10: Beats Solo3 says its connected to my Bluetooth but won't play the audio through the headphones.

I have tried everything that other people have tried to fix this and I don't know what else to do. I did the Bluetooth trouble shooter, I tried changing Bluetooth to automatic, I tried changing the driver. I am not sure what else there is to do to fix it. It works perfectly fine on my phone, just not on my computer.

Beats Solo3 Wireless problem

I have a brand new pair of Beats Solo3 wireless headphones. I am able to connect them to my laptop via Bluetooth, but my computer still shows that the sound is coming from the laptop speakers. In addition, when I go to 'manage audio devices' on the control
panel, it shows that my headphones aren't connected, in contrast with what setting says. Is there any way to remedy this?

Beats Bluetooth connection

I have Beats solo3 and they connect to my pc, but when I try to play any sound the audio is glitchy and stops playing for periods of time. I updated the drivers, uninstalled then and reinstalled them and the problem persists. I’m sitting right next to the computer so there shouldn’t be any problems of me being too far from it. Not sure how to fix this, I just wanna use these headphones.

 

Connecting beats solo3 to windows 10 issues

I have been trying to connect my beats solo3 via bluetooth to windows 10 for a while now but I keep getting the same results, it jst shows a message that says "could not connect". I used to be able to connect them when I first bought them and so the headphones
appear as "paired" in my computer. I have tried to remove the headphones from all the other devices I have connected them to but it did not work either. I also tried to remove the device from my computer, so I could pair the headphones again. What happened
then was that the headphones would not appear in the "Settings>Bluetooth and other devices>Add a device" menu, and after a while, the headphones would appear as paired again even though I had not paired them and I had removed them. I really don't know what
to try next so any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
