Windows 10: Been having some weird issues lately

The first thing I noticed yesterday was that my search bar in windows was not working anymore. If I click to begin typing in it, the start menu flashes open and closed really quickly. If I hit the windows button, the start menu opens fine and I can interact with it no problem but as soon as I try to type in it, it closes in the same way. I updated windows overnight, and today am having the same problem. I followed multiple tutorials on a fix but nothing has worked.

Now, I just recorded my desktop with Streamlabs OBS and when I'm trying to watch the video saved on my desktop, the video plays the first two or so seconds then redirects to "Movies & TV" and closes the video. It isn't just this video, all of the video files saved on my computer now do this.

What the hell is going on?

Weird issues and slowdowns

Having some weird issues lately, at startup my computer listed in specs hangs for a minute or 2 displaying a 98 in the bottom right of the screen.

Also the computer seems to randomly get sluggish for a minute or 2 at times..


Not a clue what it could be, maybe the RAM is shitting the bed?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Meanwhile, I suggest you to try in “in-Private” mode and check if it helps. Here is the steps:

  Open Internet Explorer.

  Press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  

If the issue still persists, then try login in “Compatibility Mode” and check. See the steps:

• 
  Click on Tools icon and select
