    Hi there. At first I was trying to reset my laptop using the reset feature in windows 10. In the middle process, the windows recovery environment suddenly popped up. I tried the startup repair but it didn't work. After searching for a solution online, I decided to create a installation media using the windows media creation tool.After that I created the installation media using a usb drive and set that usb drive as the boot option through the BIOS. After booting from the usb drive I selected the system image recovery but the error "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer" showed up. Any advice/solution regarding this issue? Thanks in advance.

    [HELP]Image recovery issues

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
