    I bought Quickoffice for my Nokia N8 and I discovered that I have been billed twice for it. How do I get in contact with Ovi to get my money back?



    I can't find any contact information on this site.

    Please note this is a community forum. Microsoft will not see this question. Please don't trust anyone with account information, keys, or passwords. If you have been charged twice for a subscription, please:

    1. Open start and type "Get Help"
    2. Type "Talk to an Agent"
    3. Select the options for Office and Billing.
    4. Connect with an agent by chat or phone. Windows advisors aren't Microsoft agents.
