Windows 10: bingo servers

Discus and support bingo servers in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; every weekend without fail bingo servers go down, been happening now for over a year, I take it a fix is out of Microsoft capabilities....     connecting to microsoft bingo server

    have tried all suggestion but still get message that there is a problem connecting to bingo server. Can anyone fix this?

    Can't connect to Bingo Server

    I have not been able to play Bingo for the past 5 or 6 days. I get the Server Connection Error: "There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Microsoft Bingo"

    I went to the "support page" mentioned which is a Facebook page, the only response to my question that I got was that the server is working fine. Since it appeared that I am the only one having the problem, I asked for further help. Unfortunately, for some
    reason I can no longer see any posts on that page so I have no idea if anyone answered me.

    I have:

    • Uninstalled & re-installed.
    • Restarted the computer.
    • Uninstalled, restarted the computer then reinstalled Bingo.
    • Reset Bingo.
    • Restarted my router.
    • Run troubleshooters.

    I don't have any problem connecting to Microsoft Solitaire or Jigsaw or the Microsoft store.

    This all seems to have started the day after the Windows update I got early last week was installed.

    Can anyone help me get it working again? I've only recently started playing, but have quickly become addicted, lol.
