  1. Biometric Login - "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again"

After installing the updates for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems, this message "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again" appears every time I try to login using fingerprint on my Huawei Matebook 13. Have since tried checking the updates for biometric devices in Device Manager, uninstall and reinstalling it, and tried unchecking the box under Power Management but none of it seem to work. Please advice, thanks!

    :)

    Method 3:

    • Press Windows logo key + I key.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Go to Sign in options.
    • The fingerprint option will always be visible if there is a WBF-supported fingerprint reader (and its associated driver) installed on the computer.
