Windows 10: Bios boot loop

    Bios boot loop


    When trying to restart my computer after installing the newest updates, my monitors turned black. When this happened I tried turning it back on figuring it was done updating, but then I turned it off. When I turned it back on I was in uefi bios utility mode. Now whenever I try to leave utility mode I get sent back to it, and it has been stuck like this for days while I was trying to find solutions to this. Please help.

    • Have you tried to boot in Safe mode?

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
