    Just bought a PC. At first i had the user sign in service failed error. and then i started looking into how to fix it. And everywhere says i need to access my advanced startup options. But none of them work. Everytime i press it the computer doesn’t restart and stays on a grey screen. I came to the conclusion i dont think windows is fully installed because it was freshly wiped and the hard drive was removed. But i also cannot access bios.
