    Here you see the Key ID code and next to it is the corresponding recovery key. So if the codes E80024E, you'll need to find the corresponding key which here would be 16965-175505.... That's the 48-digit key you need to input. Hope that helps *Wink

    Starting a Windows 10 with bitlocker TPM enabled(Not enabling PIN as a protector), PC asks for a recovery key during the restart.

    Behavior is random, it is not happening in all the restarts, but can say it occurs 1 of 3 restarts.

    Models: Lenovo and HP

    Is there any logs that can be checked to identify the problem?

    Is there any suggetions ?

    Lenovo 330P f8 doesnt bring up recovery menu

    I've a Lenovo Ideapad U330P , w7. On all my other laptops f8 brings up the recovery except on my lenovo.

    I dont know the password for it and I cant boot it into any recovery mode to fix it. Any ideas please.
