Windows 10: Bit locker Code

Discus and support Bit locker Code in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I have Dell laptop Inspiron 15 3000 series and it's asking for bit locker code.     1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
    2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
    3. What is the make and model number of your computer?

    Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

    Bit locker Code

    Can't Access Bit Locker Code

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    I took my computer to get worked on and the technician said that I needed a bit locker code to be able to work on the computer. We tried accessing the code through "Go.microsoft.com" after entering my email address and we kept getting an error message saying
    access is denied. I need the bit locker code to access my computer! I did safely reset my password to my microsoft account on the same day. Would this have anything to do with denied access? If so, how long must I wait??

    How do I gain access? Any help would be appreciated.
