Windows 10: BIT locker key required.

hi this is balarama krishna, few days back i have upgraded to windows 10 t windows 11, in updating process , the OS was corrupted and i have no choice to for formatting the pc while formatting with USB drive ,its asking the BIT locker keys for Drive C,D,E ,but i don't have the keys of bitlocker ,its showing whether i have to enter the key for installing the new soft ware , or either i have to format any drive to install new windows , then i don't have key and i selected one drive and i did format and installed the OS, then after completion its asking the BITlocker again to open the Reaming d

3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
