    Bit Locker ransomware


    Hi,


    Recently I have had 10 clients all businesses come to me with a Bit-Locker problem. It comes to my attention that this is a problem that had just started to come about. All of my customers are running Windows 10 and none of them created a bit locker code though when trying to access the PC it asks for one.


    I tried to resolve the problem through the Command Prompt, but the virus even stops you from trying to back up the data.


    This is a virus please help.
