Windows 10: Bit locker recovery key HP laptop suddenly locked

Hi Team, I am Phani Kumar suddenly my laptop asking bit locker recovery key. I don't have it on my Microsoft account also how can I recover my laptop & why it was enabled without any updates & modification pls need your extreme support to clear this issue

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit-locker recovery key is missing.

please help me with bit-locker I have not kept it and I don't have recovery key I have tried everything, but nothing is working, and I had all the necessary documents and files inside that drive which is now locked. The bit-locker was there when I had sent my laptop with windows 10 to service center for repairing after they returned me the laptop it was locked, and they claim that they didn't keep it.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
