Windows 10: Bit locker Recovery key

I have got my laptop system corrupted after a system update. The merchant asking the Bit locker Recovery key for to reset the system. He said to sign in to Microsoft and can get this 48 digits

Could anyone help me the guidance to get the same from my Microsoft account.

This laptop was purchased on March, 2020 and it is under warranty still.

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

 

Bit locker recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
