Windows 10: Bit locket Recovery Key

When I turn my computer on, it goes to a blue screen prompting for a recover key. I do not have a recovery key and cant seem to find any relevant information how to retrieve it. It gives me a recovery key ID . Any ideas?

I would suggest you to use paint desktop application to resize the picture according to the locket size and try to print and check if it helps.

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.
