Windows 10: Bitblocker recovery key

Discus and support Bitblocker recovery key in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; my recovery key is a combination of letters and numbers bur when i try entering it the system wont let me enter any of the letters, only numbers...     Bitblocker Recovery Key

    I have a Dell 2:1 laptop with Windows 10. Every time I start the laptop it asks me for the Bitblocker Recovery Key. How do I make this stop?

    Bitblocker is on. I enter the key but every time I turn rhe laptop on, it asks for the key again.

    I tried to find an option in the Control Panel to rurn it off but cant find one.

    Hi Joaquin,

    Couple of questions. Is BitLocker turned on on your machine? Do you give it your key, and then it still persists to ask?

    If you don't know your key, you should be able to get it and plug it in if you haven't already.
