Windows 10: Bitlocker Encryption Error

I have recieved my laptop from my university almost 2 years ago , At that time i was running Windows 10 Pro education on it , I have encrypted my both drives using Bitlocker tool ...Windows is causing some problems , now almost one month ago , i have installed a new copy of windows 10 pro education on it , now bitlocker is not accepting my password , it is showing error incorrect password despite being the password is correct and i m pretty much sure about it .. Also i have updated the windows to the latet version and I have applied the method of repair-bde as well but that also didnt work for me .....Help me to solve this issue as my drives contains alot of important data and i certainly cant afford to lose it ....

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.
