Windows 10: Bitlocker has lock my D drive without my permission - top top urgent

Dear,laptop ref: i left my lap 2 hours then i comeback, but i have shocked when i saw the drive D is locked by bitlocker.i didn't do that no body use my laptop except me, it was in sleep mode before this.i need your help as soon as possible cause the back up of my accounting app is stored on it.how could this happened lock the drive by it self? i tried to google it but no solution i got.

As you can see BitLocker Option is not highlighted for selection. It's like Windows does not even recognize this drive as a locked drive. And this drive does contain lot of Data.

 

desk top D-Drive rejects a new program disk that my lap top will accept.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.
