Windows 10: bitlocker key isn’t working

My problem started on Dell Snspiron laptop from the Windows update. At first Windows key stopped working and some apps as well. I tried but failed to uninstall this update. All my attempts ended with the blue screen with a messages telling me to enter the Bitlocker key. I didn’t know what Bitlocker key was but managed to find it on the Dell website. I entered this key but it hung up. I received a message that there was a critical error and the hard drive wasn’t installed. Is it a hard drive issue?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
