    Hello, I was locked out of my laptop due to an update. The recovery key for my bitlocker is wrong and has a different Recovery Key ID. I've tried ALL options, including going to my microsoft account and clicking "manage recovery keys." However, when I do that, it goes to a URL that says "Try a different URL." I have my recovery key written down, but it is not working and clearly wrong because the recovery ID key ID is different. This is super frustrating as I have tried getting in touch with a live agent but it brings me in circles. I never got in touch with an agent. I've exhausted all my opt

    I got the below message.

    You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

    1. I have recovery key ID = 061138BE3C7E4F638CD37F216888E218

    2. I dont have email personal to microsoft
