    BitLocker Recovery ID


    Hi,I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 with a Windows operating system. It was a laptop that I was provided by a company I used to work for. The company is no longer in existence.After some time, I noticed that the Laptop's USB-C port became dysfunctional after a few months of using the laptop, so I sent the laptop into service to Lenovo's technical support.Lenovo's support sent back the laptop to me with the port fixed, but when I turned the laptop on, the operating system asked me for a BitLocker Recovery key. I don't have the key since I don't have access to the work email addr

    I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

    I got the below message.

    You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

    Next Step, What should I do?

    I have problem with the bitlocker recovery key ID.

    how can I get the generate PIN bitlocker recovery key ID?

    1. I have recovery key ID = 061138BE3C7E4F638CD37F216888E218

    2. I dont have email personal to microsoft

    3, my laptop is broken so really need my data but should pun PIN bitlocker recovery
