    Bitlocker recovery issue


    I am struggling to get my Bitlocker recovery key from Saturday. I could see my laptop showing in my account. However I am getting a traceID and some message:”something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us”. I am not able to work and it’s so frustrating that there is no live agent to talk or a customer service representative to talk to. This is annoying. I tried all the possible ways and it’s taking me to this error page. Because of this my job is getting screwed. please someone help
