Windows 10: Black and blue screens in windows 10?

I experience Black and blue screens in windows 10 lately
I clean uninstaled GPU drivers and installed newest, but again BSOD
here is info, what to do to solve this, is it faulty HW or software, OS settings?

Continuous crashes, black screens, blue screens, not requested restarts, data collection, etc.

As much as I understand that Microsoft needs control over their products, the users of Windows 7 and up are facing repeated annoying situations, mostly due to registry issues, which Microsoft needs to end ASAP. I've faced all of the above in the title
of my posting. Being more specific, that blue restart screen with the sad face with the message reading that Microsoft is collecting data and my computer needs to restart. Guys, you need to stop that. If you aren't ready to launch an upgrade, simply don't
do it. If you cannot offer a solution to technical problems and a user finds a technical way to deal with it, don't interfere with noxious glitches in the updates that make our computers malfunction, only for the sake of selling trash to us to complement the
initial product bought. My PC -bought Jan this year- came with McAfee which (on the go) proved to be inefficient at detecting viruses and issues. I decided to switch to AVAST after a little research. However, my PC started to crash and did not install updates
after I installed it. Whenever I researched about the kind of error, it took me to registry issues and finally to AVAST -while trying to do a system restore. I had to uninstall it in order to be able to proceed with the System Restore. And -of course- as the
restore point was before uninstalling AVAST, it re-installed it. (Needless to say that I hate to fix registry issues. I can't afford the time those solutions most times take.) This is incredible. If only you hadn't introduced one of those fixes that ended
up being a glitch! I am for the technical upgrades, though. I've just installed Windows 10. To me, there is no difference. It could be Windows 54. You need to change your viewpoint at some of the most crucial problems of Internet or your eternal rival with
outdo you. Honestly, I am still with PC because my tools are all Microsoft based. I uninstall immediately all the heavy programs that I don't use and are huge memory consumers and your packages and updates reinstall them. Please, find some way to make things
optional to the users to a functional degree!!! For example, I don't do Skype. Long ago I had a scam issue with that company. And you have associated with them! Unbelievable. My problem with them was serious. They simply stole my money. I don't even want them
free. I could continue with a long list, but I don't know if you'll even pay attention to this entry!!!
