Windows 10: Black and White on Windows 10?

I got myself Black and White now, as it is one of my favourite games from back then. As I said before, it doesn't work under Win 10, but so far I haven't been able to find the right solution. I hope somebody can help me what to do or who to ask.

(Please do not use " Run as administrator" or " Try compatibility mode")

I suggest you to check whether Apply Color Filter is set off or on. It should be off.
