Windows 10: Black/blank screen after power down

I tried to boot my Windows 10 AIO to Windows 11 using a USB stick. I got an error message saying something had gone wrong and we would reboot. Nothing happened so I powered down and removed the USB. I tried to reboot and there was/is nothing. No colour, no cursor, no beeps nothing. The RAM is fine. The DVD spins. After a while, the main fan turns on with such force and loud. Please help.
