Windows 10: Black boxes with colored dots appearing on screen

I bought this laptop and set it up yesterday. Several times now, black boxes filled with colored dots have appeared at random on the screen in different places. They disappear if I highlight text only in the area that was covering text or if I scroll up or down. Attached is a screenshot of what they look like this box was covering a large portion of the screen but part of it disappeared when I highlighted text beneath it. These boxes have appeared over multiple programs, not just Chrome.


Not sure if this is an issue with the computer itself and I should return it or with Windows. Help is appreciated.

Black Dots appears on screen

The thread which u provided is when windows hang but in my case it doesn't hang it works fine but as u see in first picture icons,taskbar are displayed

 

Mail app- dot appears in text box.

I would request you to send a screen shot of the "Dot" that appears on your mail app.

As of now, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persist.



Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.

• On the search bar type “Troubleshooter”
• Click on troubleshooter, on the left view pane, locate “View All”.
• Then locate and click on “Windows Store Apps”.
