Windows 10: Black Out Screen

Hi,


Please for some time ago, when I connect my external Seagate 500 GB expansion card to my Computer it takes long to load some fileshaving a message on file manager that ''Not Responding'' and in most cases these files and program installed on them do not start at all. I decided to do a disk check on command prompt but unfortunately whiles in the process my power went off thus my computer shutting out. After starting it when I connect my expansion card to my computer when starting up it gives me a black screen with a cursor but when I connect it to a different computer it freezes the file manager when attempting to open files in file manager from this other computer and gives me the some error codeNot Responding. Please is there any assistance for this error.
