Windows 10: BLACK SCREEN AFTER boot animation!

Please be advised: posted in this part as other catagories did not say crash. If moving to better part please inform!

Preface: no image backup exsits for system; User says: " yes it will in future"

System:HP Compaq Elite 2300 all-in-one touch
Windows 10 build partially known: 1903-12


Action causing problem:
Initiated restore point restoration. Hard shut down during registry part. In the middle of registry message computer shutdown via power button!

Process of PC after problematic action:
Boot logos intitiated HP & windows
Windows boot animation completed.
Windows shows black screen with back light.
Hard drive led blinking!

Available resources: Shutdown button win RE
Win RE. X CMD.
Non- available resource from PC: safe mode all modes. Restore point.

Best fix wanted: Full restore of user profiles before problem! Is it even possible? Would I need a recovery media or tenforums pe recovery?

Acceptable fix: ghost drive data. Reset reinstall!
Acceptable last resort fix: Copy Files from basic directories and a few program & programx64 folder directories. Rest windows!

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
