Windows 10: Black screen after chkdsk restart.

So I run >chkdsk /f /r /x on my computer a new one because I got a blue screen before and searched online for a solution. It said that somthing is running and asked me if I want to run the command on restart. I said yes and restarted the computer. After that it started restarting and then went black. The pc is still running and quite loudly but the screen is black and the keyboard is also since it normaly glows I can't do anything. Is that normal?
