Windows 10: Black screen and screetching sounds

a few days, playing witcher 3, I had the following problem: I had a sound as if a CD was scratched, and then my monitor hung up. but I kept hearing the sound of the game, and the mouse continued with the led leds, and the keyboard as well.

I rebooted the computer, and it came back up
I analyzed the temperature of the computer components and they were all ok
then I looked at the windows log, and I was having this error
