Windows 10: black screen and the computer works slow

So, I have a desktop computer, and two days ago, after logging in, there is a black screen that would disappear after 2 min , then the computer would be so slow that if I tried to open something, it would take about 20 minutes to open, then when it was open, it would try using it but it would say not responding. I went on to google and found out it was corrupted drivers, so I rolled it back in safe mode and nothing changed, then I did the auto repair thing and it said it was fixing some disk errors, so I waited an hour and nothing changed, then I tried res

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
