    Black screen at booting


    I have a Samsung laptop. I had Windows 10 for about 2 weeks and everything was fine until last week. When I press the power button, the Windows 10 icon appears with the loading icon. After that, I'm getting a black screen for about 3 minutes then my login screen appears and everything is fine after that.

    I thought it may be something corrupted with my OS so I decided to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch and not to keep my files and programs. I found out yesterday that this wasn't the solution to my problem because I reinstalled it and it keeps making it again. Any help ? Thanks!

    What is the exact make and model of your computer?

    Open Start, type: system information

    Hit Enter

    Click System summary

    Look in the right pane

    Copy the system sku info into reply here.

    I’ve tried doing a clean install and it either simply doesnt work and skips right back to the black screen with the loading wheel or just says that the autorepair could not repair my PC. Black screen at booting :(

    What does it do exactly ? It with reinstall Windows 10 on a Windows 10 ? Black screen at booting :p I'm not sure that's my problem as my OS is brand new since yesterday night...
