Windows 10: black screen in windows 10

after windows log-in, black screen and cursor is all i get. the on screen keyboard pops up so i can use the windows key + help and ms browser comes up in chrome. can't get to anything beyond these browsers. no toolbar, no desktop, no windows settings or start buttons. i can still get control+alt+delete to log in and out and shut down or restart.


help!!

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
