Windows 10: Black Screen issue after Window Reset

Problem 1 [Unsolved]

Previously I had issue with my PC does not allow sites to stay logged-in on browsers Google Chrome and Opera. I have tried several ways to fix this issue, yet I couldnt find any way to solve it.


Problem 2 [Unsolved]
Due to my browser issue that I mentioned above, I have tried to reset my Window 10 Keep personal files. ”There was a problem resetting your PC” was displayed after the process. After the PC restart, I encountered black screen after startup. This happens after dozen times of restarting my PC. My main Window 10 is stored in SSD and another OS Window 10 is stored in HDD. Both encounter the same issue after I tried to reset my main Window 10.


Method Tried:

1. Tried to boot into safe mode, but there is no safe mode option. It shows UEFI Firmware Settings instead.

2. Tried to Troubleshoot but problem couldnt solve by troubleshooting

3. Tried Startup Repair but “Window could not configure one or more system components

4. Tried to System Restore, same issue above

5. Tried Uninstall Updates Uninstall latest quality, uninstall successful, but doesnt change the black screen issue.


I do not mind reinstalling my Window 10, but I would like to have a way to keep my personal files or backup before or after the reinstallation.

• Did you install any third party security application?
• Does the black screen goes automatically after a period of time?
