    Hi! Good Evening or Good Morning to whomever might be reading this. Hope you can help me omgA couple of days ago I ran into a problem. Nothing happened to my pc overnight but during the mornings when I was attending my online classes, the pc kept restarting randomly and I found an article online saying that this might be caused by a dusty CPU so I cleaned it with compressed air and went on with it and it got the restarting problem. Then a few hours after that I suffered yet another freaking problem.A few months ago I installed the BlueStacks app The one that allows you to emulate mobile gam

    I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

    Follow the steps below.

    • Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
    • Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
    • Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

    Black Screen after Log on


    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
