Windows 10: Black screen midway through the instillation of Windows 10

I bought a Windows 10, 64 Bit DVD.

Midway through the instillation process, Windows asks to restart the pc, but when it boots up again, it's a black screen. (The screen is a bit lighter than black and does emit a tiny bit of light)


What should I do?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

I suggest you to plug in an external monitor to the pc and restart the computer to check the status.

  Type iexplorer to open Desktop screen.
