    1 of 3: Whilst I was in the middle of responding to Andre for Directly about a Black Screen problem where I had posted Event Viewer snips, the same problem happened again three times. The first of three snips is below - it makes sense to me that Andre deals with this.

    So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
